Well this is our first photography assignment.
she gave us the word Happy, and we had to take a picture of something that symbolized happiness.
I took a picture of the candle because, while it is surrounded by darkness, light is happy. The particular shade of orange is also a color that brings to mind feelings of a peaceful happiness. While this may seem more peaceful than happy, the two emotions are rather closely related for me

i love it ^_^ im taking up photography as a sort of hobby now. all i have is a digital Canon camera, but it's cool. i might take a class in college.
